#AUSTRALIA #VICTORIA LEGAL REFORM: the Victorian government moves toward eliminating the “statute of limitations” heretofore applied to sex abuse claims - now victims will be able to bring decades-old claims to criminal courts, rather than it being simply a civil court matter. The Catholic church, individual caregivers, DOCS & staff etc. will now have to answer for their crimes, hopefully be they of commission OR omission. http://on.fb.me/1ofmCKG
